Pursuant to the Draft Resolution (Reg. No.4041), enterprises, institutions and organizations shall approve the documents on the choice of place for land plot location with The Verkhovna Rada in compliance with Articles 150, 151 of the Land Code.
However, the People´s Deputies rejected the proposal, pursuant to which, the phrase "to approve the materials on the choice of place for land plot location" should be substituted by the phrase "to approve the materials on exemption (purchase) of land plots", as it failed to comply with Part 2 of Article 151 of the Land Code.
